APPLICATIONS OF TERBINAFINE: Terbinafine is used to treatment of fingernail or toenail fungal infection. This medicine stopping the growth of fungus so this drug belongs to class of antifungal.

HOW TO USE: Apply the Terbinafine solution in enough amounts to cover the affected skin areas. Do not contact this medicine with nose, eyes, mouth, and other mucous membrane. Take this tablet once daily for 6 weeks to protection against fingernail infection and 12 weeks to protection against toenail infection. 

HOW TERBINAFINE WORKS: Terbinafine kills fungal cells. It makes holes in the cell membrane of fungal cells and by that it will treats the fungal infection.

CONTRAINDICATIONS OF TERBINAFINE: Kindly avoid Terbinafine if you have chronic or active liver disease. Do not take this medicine if you have allergic to Terbinafine in your past history.

PHARMACOKINETICS OF TERBINAFINE: 70% Terbinafine is absorbed by oral administration. Half-life of Terbinafine is 36 hours. Peak Plasma Concentration of Terbinafine is 25%. 80% Terbinafine excreted by urine.

PRECAUTIONS: Before using the medication of Terbinafine share your medical history with your doctor or pharmacist. Dry your body properly after bathing if you use tube of Terbinafine for ringworm.
