post construction :
treatment : post construction anti termite treatment is based on “drill-fill- seal” technique to form a barrier against termites in existing building. this method is quick, non-messy and completely safe. it makes a completely undetectable chemical barrier around the building assuring of continuous protection. infested woodwork is treated with oil based insecticide to kill termites and protect it from any further attacks.
frequency : annual maintenance contract: ppc offers a 1- year amc contract, treatment includes initial treatment service followed by quarterly checkups.
2 years maintenance contract : ppc offers a 2-year maintenance contract for entire commercial/ residential buildings, offering warranty certificate for termite protection. treatment is done initially followed by check-up visits once in six months throughout the contract period.
