    testosterone is a natural hormone that is produced in the male testicles and in small quantities in the ovaries and adrenal glands of the female. Testosterone is an endogenous androgen that is responsible for the normal growth and development of the male reproductive organs. It is also responsible for maintaining secondary sexual characteristics, including the growth and development of the , scrotum, seminal vesicles, and prostate; Hair distribution in men, enlarged larynx, changes in body musculature and fat distribution. Testosterone cypionate also causes retention of sodium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and decreased urinary calcium excretion. Testosterone Cypionate enhances protein anabolism and reduces protein catabolism.
    Indications
    Testosterone cypionate is indicated for testosterone replacement therapy in patients experiencing symptoms of hormone deficiency or complete absence of the hormone. Other indications include: hypogonadism, hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, pituitary-hypothalamic tumor damage, impotence, hormonal imbalance, breast cancer (female patients). Testosterone Cypionate can also be used for other purposes not listed above.
    Contraindications and Warnings

    • Testosterone cypionate is strictly contradicted in the following cases
    • Hypersensitivity To The Active Ingredients Of The Drug Or Hormonal Therapy
    • Breast Cancer (Male Patients)
    • Prostate Cancer (Male Patients)
    • Pregnancy, Breastfeeding


    Testosterone cypionate is limited for patients with the following conditions

    • Any Types Of Tumors, Cancer
    • Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy (Bph)
    • Kidney Or Liver Disease
    • High Cholesterol
    • Blood Or Blood Clotting Disorders
    • Coronary Artery Disease
    • Heart Disorders

    The patient should consult a doctor before starting treatment. Dose adjustment or special medical tests may be required.
    Side Effects
    Like any other endogenous androgen, testosterone cypionate can cause several side effects, such as: acne; hair loss; weight gain; nausea; loss of appetite; abdominal pain; a bitter or strange taste in your mouth; tenderness or swelling of the gums; pain in the gums; irritation of the gums or mouth; gingivitis; change in sex drive; painful or prolonged erection; dark urine or light-colored bowel movements; problems with urination; fatigue; depression or mood changes; dizziness; headaches; yellowing of the skin or eyes; growth or chest pain; ; swelling of the ankles or feet; change in the size or shape of the testicles; severe allergic reactions (difficulty breathing; rash; itching; hives; chest tightness; swelling or tongue, lips, mouth, or face).
    This is not a complete list of possible side effects. The patient should immediately contact their doctor or emergency department in case they develop any of the above or any other unpleasant reactions to treatment. However, it is not necessary to experience any negative reactions to testosterone cypionate.
    Dosage
    Testosterone cypionate should be strictly prescribed by a healthcare professional for each patient individually. The medicine is injected intramuscularly, especially deep into the gluteus muscle. The usually prescribed dose of testosterone cypionate is 50 to 400 mg every 2 to 4 weeks. For athletic purposes, the dosage can range from 250 mg to 500 mg per week. The total cycle with Testosterone Cypionate is usually 10 weeks
    Interaction
    Testosterone cypionate therapy may be dependent on other medications and vice versa. Before starting treatment, the patient should inform his doctor about any additional medications he is taking, in particular:

    • Methylprednisolone (Medrol, Depo-medrol, Solu-medrol), Prednisone (Orazon, Deltazone), Etc.
    • Blood Thinners Such As Coumadin, Warfarin, Etc.
