Tetron-R134a is a99.9%pure inert gas used primarily as a "high-temperature" refrigerant for domestic refrigeration and automobile air conditioners. It also used as a propellant for aerosol and a blowing agent for extruded polystyrene foams. 

Tetron-R134a, is a haloalkane refrigerant with thermodynamic properties similar to R-12 but with less ozone depletion potential and has an excellent safety performance. It is a colourless gas under ordinary temperature and a colourless and transparent liquid under pressure.
