Our manufacturing processes: Auto Compression and Isostatic molding
Auto compression molding, also referred to as auto molding, can create a wide variety of shapes and geometries to close tolerances using part ejection, pressure application and automatic cavity fill techniques. This process is not only more cost-effective, but also eliminates stress cracks and related defects compared to traditional machining.
Isostatic molding applies pressure to all sides of the molded part (whereas compression molding applies pressure in only one direction) to create highly consistent material properties and bring a part very close to its final shape. Isostatic molding is ideal for forming unusual shapes, such as cups, buckets, tapered sleeves and closed-end cylinders.
