Applications

Ÿ  Batch Processing: Jig, jet, soft-flow, yarn package machines (0.3–1.0 g/L).

Ÿ  Continuous Processing: Benninger, Kusters, Doenier, Santex systems

     (3–8 g/L,  98–120°C steaming).

Ÿ  Rope Processing: Jemco CBR, Brucker Colorado (1–2 g/L).

Ÿ  Processes: Scouring, bleaching, de-sizing of cotton, polyester, blends, and knits.

Ÿ  Mixing: Dilute in water (25–50°C) with agitation. Add to liquor under standard textile

    processing conditions.

Ÿ  Compatibility: Stable in hard water (up to 300 ppm CaCO3), pH 2–12, and

     peroxide liquors (2–5 g/L H2O2, pH 10–11).

Testing: Conduct trials to optimize dosage for specific equipment and substrates.
