Quantity – A Grade: 150, 000 MT per month (or quantities per month based Buyer business requirements)
Quantity – C Grade: 150, 000 MT per month (or quantities per month based Buyer business requirements)
Delivery: FOB, Richards Bay Coal Terminal (RBCT)
Nature of Sale: 12 months contract with an option of rollovers and extensions
Price – A Grade: API4 plus $1 (Including Commissions) – Subject to price changes, and reviews as per the Contract
Price – C Grade: API4 less $6 (Including Commissions) – Subject to price changes, and reviews as per the Contract
FOB Loading Date: To be confirmed with the Buyer
