Our dryer is a unique design configured to meet our press and retrofit requirements. The dry consists of ambient air, and IR elements with exhaust. Our compact design allows us to install or integrate with minimum space requirements. The dryers are speed sensitive, which means they increases. From the optional touch screen control you can adjust the IR start point, ramp rate, and maximum power. An electric control card ramps the infrared unit up and down based on the web speed. The control card provides adjustment range adequate to provide drying of medium to heavy formats without damaging or activating carbonless and direct thermal coatings with a critical temperature of 220 degrees F.
