In support of our thermoset and thermoplastic molding services, we also offer assembly and sourcing services. We can develop custom assembly solutions that include sourcing of parts, and in-house assembly. Our facility is equipped with machines for de-flashing, grinding, drilling, milling, blasting, tumbling, ultrasonic operations and insert assembly. Fully assembled parts can be placed in special packaging upon request.
All of our assembly services are performed on-site, and are subject to the same stringent quality standards as the rest of our manufacturing capabilities. Our facility is ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified. Our stringent quality management system is based on these principles. We can perform a wide range of testing and inspection procedures, or develop a custom plan to meet your particular quality requirements.
