The Thermosyphon provides lubrication, dissipate heat and maintain the temperature and required pressure gradient across the seal faces in case of double back to back and tandem seal arrangement for pumps and agitators. Plan 52 and 53A configurations. Economical light and heavy duty reservoir for general service applications. Instrumentation on each reservoir is according to local standards and can be adapted to suit application and customer requirements. 304 and 316 stainless steel construction. Cooling coil is optional.

The team of Directors having vast experience of more than twelve years in this field before this firm was established. During his experience tenure he worked personally in machining, designing and troubleshooting solution and get lots of experience in sealing solutions of Mechanical Seals in the chemical process industries
After completion of ten (10) years we changed our proprietor firm to the private limited and named M/s SUPER PROOF SEALS ENGINEERING PVT. LIMITED in the year January, 2011
We having our manufacturing unit at Kadi, Sidhpur (Gujarat) with all modern and advanced equipment like CNC machines, lathe machines, drilling machines, grinding and lapping machines etc to testify to manufacture and reach out our valuable customers of their requirement of Mechanical Seals through Quality Control process. Our Mechanical Seals itself as explanatory products to sealing solutions in the chemical process industries
SUPERPROOF made a research in sealing solution and developed our own type ZR100/D, ZR200/D, 531/D/B (Metallic Pump and mills) and ZR300/D (Non Metallic Pump) Mechanical Seals which is very suitable and given satisfactory performance for Slurry application in Process Industries (Metallic Pump and side entry mill) and Abrasive Slurry in Pickling and ARP plant of Steel Industries (Non Metallic Pump).
SUPER PROOF Seals are designed as per latest International Standard like EN12756 to comply with International norms and regulations on Emission control. Also our firm is TUV Austria EN ISO-9001:2008 certified company which is proven of our quality products of Mechanical Seals
