: Drilled Bar Stock / Fabricated / Protection Sheath

Design

: BARSTOCK	:	Single piece solid hexagon / round barstock, deep drilled and machined with Tapered / straight type at hot end. Bore dia to suit OD of insert / element .
: FABRICATED	:	Beyond 600 mm immersion and for medium pressure application, fabricated Construction with 100 / 150mm Tapered / straight drilled barstock tip, welded with seamless pipe to get quick response.
: MATERIAL	:	SS304 / 316 / 321 / 310 / 446 / Inconel 600 / Incoloy 800 / Hastelloy / Monel / Alloy 20 / and other Special Grade materials

PROTECTION SHEATH (For Low Pressure) :

Fabricated from seamless tube with hot end pluged, welded and also process connection welded.
Materials : SS 304 / 316 / 321 / 310 / 446 / Inconel 600 / Incoloy 800 and Ceramic KER 710 and other Special Grade materials.
Noble Metal : (Type R, S, B) Thermocouples are offered with High Alumina / recrystallised alumina sheathing – single or double with reinforcement from coldend.

Specials for Coal Mill temperature / Flue gas temperature / Sulphur Atomosphere Applications :

Solid Sintered Tungsten Carbide/Teflon Coating / Carbide Matrix Thermowells, barstock / Fabricated with 0.5 to 1 mm thick each side tungsten carbide /stellite Hard facing / coating /Graphite Thermowells.
