EMUGE – FRANKEN India Pvt. Ltd. now holds a dominant position in the Indian sub-continent as a major threading tools manufacturer in India. Besides ground machine taps, EMUGE-FRANKEN India Pvt. Ltd. Manufactures carbide thread milling tools, tap holders and has recently extended its product range to offer FRANKEN end mills, thus making it one of the major end to end solution providers for complete threading and machining solutions.
The EMUGE - FRANKEN Group is a leading name in the field of cutting tools, tool holding and work holding systems. Headquartered in Lauf an der Pegnitz, 16 km north-east of Nurnberg, it was established in 1920, and has since then come to occupy a leading position in the global cutting tools industry. With over 1900 people employed over two manufacturing units spread across an area of over 40,000 m², the EMUGE-FRANKEN Group has been universally accepted as a trend setter and prominent player in the tools manufacturing fraternity.

Company Details

Started as a family business in 1995 in a small office in Hauz Qazi, Delhi to import and market cutting tools.
Continued in establish footprints until 2002. The year 2002 saw infusion of young blood and 2nd generation of family was introduced in business.
In 2003, company name was changed to TRIGON as part of an exercise to transform business into a professional organization. Subsequently, operations were shifted to Pitam Pura, a commercial hub in Delhi. The year saw the conversion of organization from a small sales office to a well managed professional marketing company.
2003-2007 was an exponential growth period. This period witnessed increase in size and reach of the business as a result of dedicated and continuous efforts.
In 2007, total operations were shifted from Delhi to Gurgaon, manufacturing hub of North India, with a vision to be in close proximity to the customer and enhance the service levels.
In 2009, business was divided into 2 divisions with the objective of expanding the product portfolio and streamlining the sales efforts. Now the two divisions work independently with one focusing on expanding cutting tools business to national level and 2nd division focusing on Grinding Wheel, Lubricants and allied Industrial Products.
In 2012, Trigon established sales operations in Bangalore, Karnataka to start business in South India.
In 2015, Trigon established sales operations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat to start business in West India.
In 2017, Trigon established branch offices in Bangalore, Chennai and Ahmedabad regions with a view to enhance customer support and services.
