Threaded flanges look very similar to Slip-On flanges but the main difference is that the threaded flange has been was bored out to match a specific pipe inside diameter. The backside of this center opening is then threaded with the relevant-sized tapered pipe thread.

Threaded Flanges can be used in very high pressure services and their major advantage is that they can be assembled without welding. Our range of threaded pipes can be availed in different dimensional specifications based upon client's requirements.

• Standards: ANSI, BS, DIN, UNI, JIS, GB, Non-standard etc. or as customers' drawings for special use.
• Stainless Steel: ASTM A182 F304/ 304L/ 304H/ 316/ 316L/ 317/ 317L/ 321/ 310/ 347/904L/ etc
• Carbon Steel: ASTM A105/ A105N/A694F42/46/52/56/60/65/ 70 / A350 LF3/ A350, LF2, etc.
• Pressure Ratings: Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500, DIN PN 6, PN 10, PN16, PN25, PN40 and PN64, JIS 5K, 10K, 16K and 20K.
• Surface treatment: Transparent oil, rust-proof oil, hot galvanizing.
• Packing: in wooden cases, wooden pallets or as per customers special requirement.
• Process: free forging, plate cutting
