Three Drum Dryer

We are offering three drum dryer. Bailing three cylinder dryers are newly developed for dry mixed mortar, sand, cement plant, coal gangue, slag, clay mixture, fly ash, gypsum, iron powder as the raw material, widely used in building materials, chemical industry, foundry industry. Three cylinder dryers improved the internal structure of single cylinder drying machine, coupled with the sealed equipments, moisture and reasonable measures, the production capability increases by 50-80% with other dryers, volumetric evaporation intensity up to 120-180kgm3, the standard coal consumption is only 6-8kgt. Its characteristics are advanced technology, reasonable parameters, simple and feasible operation.
Because different materials for the dryer requirements are very high, lifter which can choose different material according to the customers, needs , such as stainless steel, high manganese steel etc. Drying machine roller are made of 45cr material and roller of 35crmo material, which are wear-resistant and practical. It not only reduce the degree of replacement of wearing parts of the equipment at most, but also bring great benefits to customers in later equipment repair and production operation!
