Operation of Trimmer

Machine is equipped with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for optimum reliability and simplified diagnostics.

Soft Touch MM I conveniently located for setting of the operating parameters in accordance with the programmed sequence.

Alarm feature of the PLC-MMI for warns the operator in addition to the cycle/book counting function.

The machine can be operated in Continuous or Return modes, as follows:

• Continuous Mode - A new stack is placed in the Feeder Clamp whilst trimming function is active and on completion of the trimming cycle, the Feeder Clamp with fresh stack moves to the trimming station in the process the trimmed finished stack is pushed to the delivery belt.
• Manual (Return) Mode - The Feeder Clamp returns to the operator's position with the finished stack on completion of Trimming Cycle. The finished stack is retrieved and the fresh stack is fed.
• The change from Continuous to Manual or vice-versa doesn't necessitate any mechanical settings, the operating option in the MMI need only be changed.
