Three Way Pneumatic Accept Reject System

» We are manufacturer of Three Way Accept Reject System that are widely used in forging industry.
» The Accept Reject system is mounted at exit side of the induction coil in an induction heater.the purpose of this system is to ensure that proper temperature billets are reaching for forgings.
» The system works with the feedback from the IR sensor( pyrometer ) which detect the temperature of the billets are send it to the controller .The controllers with the electro-pneumatically controlled solenoids valves ensure that proper temp billets are allowed to reach forger .
» The LOW and HIGH predefined temperature billets are diverted after detection and are collected separately in bin.
» This unit consist of fabricated structure and pneumatic actuators to reject the billets when it is under the desired temperature.
