These EM Brakes are used when a load must be stopped rapidly to prevent the load from rotating due to the motor and load inertia. EM Brakes have found innumerable applications where stopping of a machine is necessary by automatic control whether it is a question of stopping at a pre-determined timed or at selected points of travel or to prevent over travelling. All types of brakes are normally applied when in OFF position and the brake is released when power is ONconnected. Brakes upto 400mm diameter for Braking Torque as per client’s requirements can be supplied.
