this furnace has a fabricated tilting and stationery membrane. The furnace is made up of heavy duty mild steel sections and plates with sufficient wall thickness. Furnaces will be lined with monolithic ramming mass suitable for applications upto 1200c. Furnaces lining work will be carried out at the customer end in order to avoid breakages in transportation.
furnaces will be supplied with oxy fuel system suitable for the fuels like, hsd, ldo, fo, pg, ng, cog, and lpg. Additional accessories like, fuel tank, transferring, pumping system, liquid fuel handling systems, centrifugal air blower, gas handling systems & safety systems will also be supplied.

This furnace lining by a brick is formed with extra locks mechanically to ensure the lining the tightness and holds the crucible to not to fall of while tilting the furnace.
