Time Temperature Indicators Labels

Irreversible label indicators monitor the accumulated time that a product has been exposed to excessive temperature. Records the cumulative time your product has spent above a critical temperature.

Preconditions : TTI 5 deg.cel 7 hours (= time is requested by buyer )

• 1st step Set-up : TTI will start to activate under temperature 5 deg.celabove after 7 hours
• 2nd step : stick onto a package
• 3rd step : the packing box move to truck ( outside temperature : 25 deg.cel, moving time : 10min) - Start to activate remaining time : 6hours 50min
• 4th step : Moving to another place ( inside temperation in the truck : 40 deg.cel, moving time : 2hours) - Activate remaining time : 4hours 50min
• 5th step : unload and then move to refrigerator ( outside temperature : 25 deg.cel, moving time :30min) - Still activate remaining time : 4hours 20min
• 6th step : keep in the refrigerator ( temperature : 3 deg.cel, storage period : 20 days ) Not activate for 20days remaining time : 4 hours 20min
• 7th step : take out from refrigerator after 20days and then move to store ( outside temperature : 25 deg.cel, moving time : 1hour ) Activate again remaining time : 3 hours 20min
• 8th Step : Customer buy this product and then move to his home. But, unfortunately, customer didn 't keep this product in the refrigerator in spite of passing 3hours 20min. The indicator will be changed as below " RED " color after 3 hours 20min.
