TKI RC 100 Reduction Clearing Agent

Tki rc 100 is specially developed reduction cleaning agent used for destroying and removing the disperse dye deposited on polyester. It can be used without caustic because it itself decomposes the dye unfixed which is then soluble in water and thus reduction clearing process takes place. Tki rc 100 is efficient and effective in acidic medium & can be added in dye bath at the time of cooling & exhibits excellent result for removing unfixed disperse dye from polyester. With use of tki rc 100 major reduction is achieved in terms of the bod, cod and toc that are typically generated as a result of the traditional reduction clearing of disperse dyes on polyester. It also offers the potential of avoiding the environmentally unacceptable generation of aromatic amines.
