The blade is serrated, polished and edge grinded using the latest technology for fine and superior quality.
The knife handle is made from food grade polypropylene with the outer over moulded using high quality imported thermplast elastomer for excellent grip and comfort in use.

Application: Designed for accuratley and effortlessly slicing & dicing of tomatoes. May be used for chopping other items such as herbs, leafy vegetables as well as for soft fruits.
