Functional Versatility

• The machine basically designer for sharpening and recondition wide range of high speed and carbide Tipped tool as side & Face Mi Cutters Cylinders cutters, Angel Cutters, convex & concave cutters, gear hobs, End mills, shell mills Reamers, Drill, Tapes etc.
• Main Construction of Machine
• Wheel Head : Its is of rigid construction and holds the spinel assembly. it can be fitted horizontal and swiveled vertical full 360 degree, for quick setting of compound angels. wheel head is mounted on the rigid column, which can be raised/lower up/ down wheel head also can be adjusted 150mm on cross direction.
• Wheel head spindle : Alloy steel hardened and ground spindled is mounted on precision pre-load radial ball bearings, which are greased packed. The grinding wheels can be mounted on both side of the spindle and the wheels mount design is such that the spindle can be reversed,
• Work Table : This is mounted on the carriage and can be swiveled 45 degree on either side of the column. This tables has smooth and rapid monument longitudinally on the carriage through LM Guideways which enable smooth, sensitive and accurate longitudinal movement even with heavy jobs Auxiliary.
• Universal Work Head : This Can be Swiveled full 360 degree in both Horizontal and Vertical planes. Its spindle nose has ISO SO/MT 5 tapers and the spindle is mounted to taper roller bearings.
