Tool Design & Die Making Facility

SM provides its clients with end-to-end solutions. We DESIGN & MANUFACTURE PRESS TOOLS for small to medium range of automotive pressed parts. Our customers rely on us for press tools. The plant also contains a Tool Maintenance/Tool room facility, which takes care of routine maintenance. It has skilled people and necessary equipment for maintenance like Lathes, Surface Grinders, Radial drilling machine etc. Milling machine is proposed in this facility. Wire cutting & heat treatment activity is outsourced. The list is shown below,
