3. Heating sealer with 4 sides of heating control, each sealing side temperature can be adjusted separately with good heat-balance to ensure the seal in good quality, suit for a variety of packaging materials. Heat up quickly, can shorter the time of heating up.
4. With intelligent photoelectric controller system. Good visibility with side-open protective platens, operate safely.
5. Feeding system adopt rotate twelve working position with 20mm stainless steel, human feeding, auto open-close type feeding, humanity design, easy to feed, suit for various toothpick or the same plastic products and toys.
6. With wobble plate adjust set, can adjust packing capacity when operation, reduce the loss of material, improve working efficiency.
7. Z series adopt mechanical rotate cutter, with fast packing, can adjust the cutter position when operation, in practice the packing speed can reach 95 bag/min,
8. This machine is suitable for the packing of powder products, bag can choose from 3-side or 4-side seal according to customer needs, according to customer feedback, the speed is 72 bag/min if one person operate. This machine speed can be choose from 55-100 bag/min.
9. Unique function of positioning stop, make sure the heat sealer and cutter in open position when stop in any state. Avoid the packaging materials and heat seal parts from scalding.
10. Can install printer according to customer needs, can print date number and batch number, can also print product name and specification with chinese and english.
