Top Load Tester

Top Load Tester is designed to provide Compressive buckling load. The instrument is used for testing the load bearing capacity of the PET containers when subject to an extreme load from the Top direction. It determines accurately the maximum load a PET container can bear without any deformation or failure.

The performance of containers in production and transportation is a matter of concern for a manufacturer. Product ruptures or failures during shipping, packing, warehousing are very costly to bear. But at the same time, it can be prevented if the finished material is tested under top load test. Presto Top Load Tester provides the digital compressive buckling of the load. It is a fully automatic motorized representation. The Digital display is highly sophisticated and appealing. The testing instrument offered an easy display to read and equipped with Auto TARE set facility and Peak Hold arrangement. The tester meets Indian and international standards.

Presto’s digital top load tester Digital model is equipped with inverted concave jaws and a load cell. The load sensor of the load cell can be standardized through in-house calibration. The machine works by placing a test specimen between the jaws for zero slippage. The user switches off the machine to view the effect of buckling in the bottle.
