Tower Erection

We undertake Tower Erection in two following ways :

• Crane : This is by far the most preferred, time saving and the safest way of Tower Erection of any size. Total crane operating time is often under one hour for this procedure if the tower is bolted together and ready to be lifted.
• Piece By Piece : This is by far the most time consuming way of Tower Erection, however it is an option for the owner who doesn't have room for a crane. This method of Tower Erection involves having your tower in pieces with all structural members unbolted, and then building the tower in the air as it is climbed, one leg at a time with the support of derrick, and one diagonal brace at a time. This method is widely followed by us and all the major clients have accepted this procedure of Tower Erection considering the available site condition in India.
