Our advantage:

• Using high strength, abrasion resistant steel with heat treatment, especially for track links which link pitch is larger than 190mm, we use the best material 35MnB.

• Using the material 20CrMo for Track Bushing, carburizing treatment both outside and inside, the hardness depth can be 2.5 to 3mm.

• For Heat Treatment, we use water quenching technology, and choose the special quenching liquid.

• For Machining, we use the CNC CONTROLLED MACHINES to guarantee dimensional tolerance.

• All the track slices must be flaw detected by FLOW DETECTOR to eliminate unqualified track slice. 

• Sealed and Lubricated.

• Excellent oil retention and dirt exclusion.

• Excellent seal performance for extreme working conditions.

• Available in standard and heavy duty versions.

• Supplying complete chain models, with pitch ranging from 101 to 260mm.
