The track tension and recoil assembly that we manufacture forms an integral part of a variety of renowned earth moving vehicles available in the market. This assembly is designed and tested to perform under robust working environments, absorb shock, provide adequate track tension, ensuring proper protection to the entire track system. A technically strong designed and manufactured track system provides a high life span for track life and improves the overall experience of the system.

High-quality raw material with strict adherence to the specifications followed by OEMs for weight and sizes allows us to manufacture a superior quality product.

The parts manufactured under our roof are purchased for a safety margin and then processed to achieve the exact dimensions provided by OEMs.

The piston is CR coated with an additional layer and processed to achieve exact dimensions. This provides extra strength to the piston and ensures a good performance

The Recoil spring is manufactured by the same process where the right proportion of Cr. (Chromium) added ensures a better steel performance

A poor quality grease fitting kills the overall life of the track tension system by about 75%. So we use high-quality zinc-coated grease fitting that improves the life cycle drastically. In this case, due to the high air pressure inside, hence if the entire fitting fails, the entire track tension assembly fails.

All the Track adjusters are tested with hydraulics (with given pressure) to ensure 100% leakage proof & long-lasting
