Transfer Conveyor

We offer customized solutions for transfer of assemblies in vertical and horizontal loops. The transfers are controlled process and managed for accumulation or traffic control by using PLC controlled solutions for tracking of assemblies. The transfer can be achieved by:

• 45 degree/90 degree/180 degree turn belt conveyors
• Aero Mechanical Conveyorsrs
• Motorized shuttle Conveyors
• Manual Ball Transfer Table

The transfer solution can include changing the orientation of the assembly in the horizontal or vertical plane. Most motorized transfers are PLC controlled with optical sensors ensuring safe transfers for the safety of the assembly and the operator. These are integrated with the main assembly line for seamless and high speed transfers.

For high speed unit transfers pneumatic diverters with TRT modular belts are also available. Based on the transfer/sortation logic the units can be divided in to various lines using the pneumatic diverters.

Other than forming a seamless assembly line over the different bends and curves on the factory floor these solutions are particularly effective in quality control lines for sorting assemblies through the rework loop. Other application includes dividing the main assembly in to multiple ageing or testing and online storage lines. These solutions can be customized for palletised assemblies and other unit assemblies.
