Transformers Enamelled Magnet Litz Wire

Litz wire  SD QA-2 0.05*1000 Litz wire is made of several strands of enamelled magnet wire that are bunched or stranded together. It is used where losses caused by the skin- and proximityeffect on a single wire are too high due to the operating frequency. At the same time the operating temperature is reduced by its use. Litz wire has much greater mechanical flexibility than a single wire with the same cross-section. YZPST manufactures a wide selection of litz wire for custom applications. Our constructions include numerous fine-strand enameled wire & insulation configurations which enable us to produce litz wires that can perform and with strand various loads and conditions. Our wire, come in various servings and the inner enameled wire conductor can be suited for various temperature classes and for various temperature classes and requirements. We have stock wires in our factory, but our speciality is custom constructed litz. Any litz wire can be twisted in concentricity or aggregation according to the demands  of customers.
