Tray Dryer, Frequency : 50 Hz

Electrically / Steam operated Tray Drier is fabricated out of M.S. Angle 2.5" x ¼" thick with double walled panel body of 16 gauge thick Sheet with 2" thick Glass Wool Insulation throughout the chamber fitted with 2 Ph electric motor TEFC 1440 RPM 50 Cycles 440 V complete with blower fan with Pillow Block ball bearing fitted with Air Heaters with Contactor, Pilot lamps, Push Button starter with Thermometer, Thermostat having Aluminium Trays of Size 32" x 16" x 1.5" Deep made of 18 gauge thick. The oven inside is painted with Aluminium Heat Resistance Paint and Outside with Enamel Light Gray Paint. The tray Drier will have a Temperature ranging from 50° to 150° C.
