MURHOPYE TRAY DRIERS are widely used in laboratories and industries for dehydration, moisture determination, general drying and other applications.

Construction: Dryers are of double walled design with inner chamber made of MS and finished with heat resistant Aluminum paint. The gap between the walls is filled with glass wool for effective insulation.
Heating: Tubular electric heating elements are placed at the sides. Steam heated models with steam coils suitable for pressure up to 7 kg/cm2 are also available. Thermic fluid heated models with thermic fluid tube bundles are available for applications where thermic fluid heating is preferred.
Air circulation : Gravity convection type: Air intake and ventilators provided at appropriate locations ensure removal of moist air and introduction of fresh air into the dryer.
Forced Circulation: Standard tray dryers are cross flow type with fans on each side providing total air circulation on double passing principle. This results in closed loop circulation of air in two operational zones ensuring uniform drying. Fresh air intake and exhaust are provided with manually operated dampers/ ventilators.
Instrumentation and controls: The electric control panel consisting of temperature indication, ON/OFF switches and indication for fans and other safety features is provided.
Tray size: Standard tray size is 800 mm x 400 mm x 30mm are made of aluminum. Other sizes and material of construction are on request.
Models: Available in 12, 24, 48, 96, 192 tray models. 12 & 24 tray models are suitable for direct loading. Higher models are suitable for trolley loading. Higher capacity dryers can be made on request.
