The 6.8" LCD backlit monitor comes complete with graphics to inspire you to give your best. The console also features instant speed and incline keys, so you can adjust your workout at the touch of a button. To inspire motivation and support your unique fitness goals, you can take your pick from 12 pre-set programmes combining different inclines and speeds and a Body Fat Test. You can stay comfortable no matter how hard you train, courtesy of the integrated cooling fan. Thanks to the easy fold system, you can store the F1 vertically making it a great space saver.
