E-Safe Heavy duty GRP Trefoil Clamps are used for laying three single or multi conductor low, medium or high voltage cables (armored and un-armored) in Triangular configuration. Trefoil touching formation (Triangular configuration) helps to maintain magnetic symmetry and avoids electromagnetic heating and loss of current. E-Safe GRP heavy duty Trefoil Clamps have been molded from virgin glass fibre filled material. Unique design of our Trefoil Clamps gives good grip on wires. Moreover, our Trefoil Clamps are flame retardant also.
Special Features :

  • Unique design : Its unique design and high mechanical strength gives good grip on cables and accommodates wide variations in diameter also. Our single clamps can accommodate cables ranging from 23 mm OD to 36 mm OD, 36mm OD to 51mm OD and 51mm OD to 69mm OD
  • The width of the clamping area provides a controlled pressure on all the cables and avoids damage to the insulation
  • No sharp edges and burrs : no tension of cable damage
  • Flame retardant (optional) : ideal for use in tunnels, mines and buildings
  • Supplied with Zinc passivated galvanized mounting hardware. SS hardware can also be supplied on specific requirement
  • In center of base part extra mounting hole for optional mounting is provided (hardware not included  Optional)
  • Resistant against different amounts of radiations and therefore, ideal for use in nuclear power plants
  • No magnetic fields (which can be a big problem is metal clamps are used)
  • Stronger than conventionally available trefoil clamps. Can very easily replace aluminum / SS trefoil camps also
  • This is the only stackable trefoil clamps available in market. All other clamps are not stackable
  • Long service life as practically not affected by chemicals, acids and alkalies
  • No need of maintaining heavy inventory for every of cable
  • Fully recyclable
  • Can be easily fixed on unistrut spring nut system as well
  • Can also be used for mounting conduits and hoses in triangular configuration
  • Long life span of approx. 20 years
  • No reduction of strength within temperature ranges from -40 degree C to + 125 degree C.
  • Mounting instructions : Both the mounting hardware should be equally and simultaneously tightened for proper and equal grip on cable
