Trimfort Veterinary Injections, Packaging Type : Glass Bottle

INDICATIONS:

TRIMFORT injection is indicated for use in:

• Treatment of ketosis in dairy cattle.
• Rheumatoid arthritis and bursitis.
• Inflammatory and allergic conditions in both large and small animals.
• Should be used in conjunction with appropriate antibiotic or chemotherapeutic agents when indicated.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS

Do not use in animals with:

• Diabetes mellitus
• Osteoporosis

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

For systemic treatment, administer via deep intramuscular injection.

Dosage (by species):

• Cattle: 50-100-200 mg
• Calves: 25-50 mg
• Piglets, Dogs, Cats: 10-30 mg
  • Dogs and Cats:
    • Anti-inflammatory dose: 0.5-1.0 mg/kg body weight
    • Immunosuppressive dose: 1-2 mg/kg body weight every 12-24 hours

Frequency:

• 2 to 4 administrations at 24-hour intervals, if necessary

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

•  Meat:
  • Cattle, Sheep & Goats: 5 days
  • Pigs: 28 days
• Milk: 3 days
