Triple Roll Mill & Five Roller Mille

ROLLS: Rollers made of close grained alloy chilled cast iron, finish ground fine limits of accuracy. Rolls will be hollow for cold water circulation to prevent loss of perfume. Roll spindles will be made of EN8 high resistance steel.
BEARINGS: The rolls will be mounted on heavy duty self aligning spherical roller bearings.
GEARS: The gears will be of adequate ratio so that rolls rotate at required RPM for suitable milling of soap.
COOLING SYSTEM: Will consist of rotary union, ball valves and braided hose pipes, for inlet and outlet of the water.
DRIVE: The drive will be through Geared motor of suitable ratio of reputed make through timing pulleys and timing belt.
FEED HOPPER: S.S.304 hopper for feeding the material will be provided
SCRAPPER KNIFE: An adjustable knife/blade will be provided along with S.S. discharge chute at the top roller.
