Triprolidine Hcl

Triprolidine HCl is a potent histamine H1_receptor antagonist (H1­ blocker), with a rapid onset and long duration action, almost up to 12 hours. It is probably effective for the symptomatic treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, vasomotor rhinitis, and allergic conjunctivitis due to allergens, foods and prevention of allergic reactions to blood or plasma.
