Multi-chamber trolley in-out washer with auto-parts-transfer system

Single- or twin-chamber configuration to support additional processes such as high-pressure deburr and injection flood washing
Cleaning of small parts loaded in baskets or individual parts on fixtures
Part rotation along horizontal axis inside the chamber for enhanced washing/drying or online part rotation on exit conveyor for drying (optional)
Online vacuum drying on exit conveyor (optional)
Manual load/unload or semi-/fully-automatic operation

Washing: high pressure deburr and cleaning; injection flood wash; seal and flush; spray wash (single-stage or multi-stage washing with superclean liquid in the final stage)
Drying: vacuum drying; compressed airblow; ambient / hot airblow; component rotation

Part Types: all types of machined components as well as plastic bins
Cleaning Application:

Targeted final cleaning of critical areas such as oil or fuel galleries and water jackets after machining
Targeted intermediate cleaning to meet input condition requirements of downstream process
General cleaning prior to assembly
