Troponin -i Card

A Troponin-I card refers to a diagnostic test that measures the levels of troponin-I in the blood. Troponin-I is a cardiac protein released into the bloodstream during heart muscle injury or damage, such as a heart attack (myocardial infarction).

Troponin-I is a highly specific biomarker for cardiac injury, and its levels in the blood rise within a few hours of an acute myocardial infarction (AMI) or other cardiac events.
