1. Characteristic
the rig adapts to deep well drilling in the complicated terrain, such as: the desert, gobi, grasslands, swamps, beaches, seasonal waters, etc. The piston air compressor(the screw air compressor option)and the piston mud pump are installed, they are used to complete the blasting holes, cement paste (water) grouting holes, monitoring holes or well drilling constructions with the direct circulation drilling method. It is a powerful truck-mounted rig of comprehensive drilling ability.
The rig is mounted on a 4x4 desert off-road vehicle chassis, and the drilling power is obtained directly from the chassis pto. A combination of mechanical and hydraulic transmission, manual control and air-pressure control operation is installed in the rig. The machine has the feature of simple structure, flexible and simple operation and efficient construction ability.
The constant hydraulic system is used to control the rig, the ordinary reversing valve of large flow is also used, it ensures that the rig is easy to maintain, reliable and long lasting, be of lower cost.
The automatic tilt mechanism of the drill head is provided, which greatly improves the efficiency of screwing and unscrewing the drill tools and reduces the labor intensity of workers. According to the actual record, the time is cut by half on the process of unscrewing the drill tools after completed the well.
The enhanced truss structure mast is installed, the chain wheel assembly is located in the upper place which ensures that the hoisting system is safely.
