In the treatment of severe Edema, Pain and Inflammation due to Trauma and surgery , TRYMOHEAL A is a powerful anti-inflammatory and wound healing agent.

• Trymoheal A offers advantage of Enzymes with Aceclofenac combination which is better than other NSAIDs combination for dosage titration. Aceclofenac can be taken before or after food (as per textbook of pharmacology, 3rd edition, page no VE-45, Chapter 45, vl45). Thus Trymoheal A can be recommended before meal as per the Enzymes for better result.
• Trypsin in Trymoheal A acts as a powerful wound healing agent. It removes dead and nacrotic tissues and allows healthy tissues to grow. Trypsinincreases nutrophils (WBC) which fights inflammation and injury and help in healing wound.
• Bromelain leaves powerful anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. It inhibits the arachidonic acid pathway of inflammation by selectively modulating the biosynthesis of thromboxane and prostacycline.
• Rutoside is a natural plant flavonoid. It helps in improving circulation to inhibit platelet aggregation. It has powerful antioxidant effects which effectively combat the harmful free radicals (Nitric oxide which released during the inflammatory process).
