Tubing Pump

The tubing pump consists of cylinder assembly, plunger assembly and standing valve assembly.
the pump barrel assembly, which has stationary barrel on the bottom, would be connected to the bottom of the tubing string according to the upper pipeline, and it would be transported to the setting depth of pump in the well with tubing string.
the plunger assembly would be transported down into the pump cylinder with the sucker rod until the bottom end face of plunger assembly be connected with the upper end face of standing valve. Then take up the plunger and adjust the impingement distance and stroke as per normal ways.
2. 83-95 pump operating type
the 8395 pump must be installed with connecting-tripping device. The upper end of connecting-tripping device would be connected with the lower end of sucker rod while the lower end of connecting-tripping device would be connected with the upper end of plunger. The plunger assembly would be taken down into the well with the pump cylinder assembly in advance. Then the sucker rod would be taken down to make the upper end and lower end to be butt jointed. Then adjust the impingement distance and stroke as per normal ways.
application characteristics and matters need attention
1. The pump needs to be installed oil-release device.
2. In the manpower transportation of short distance, the carrying persons should be more than three. The carrying persons should be in uniform distribution according to overall length. The transportation should be handled with care to prevent loss, shock or crash.
