1Electrical spark tungsten carbide hardening coating machine can coat super hard tungsten carbide alloy to the surface of working parts, and penetrate into the working surface. So it can increase the coating surface of heat resistance, resistance to impact and abrasion resistance. The maximum coating thickness of tungsten carbide alloy can reach to 0.03mm; the coating surface hardness can reach to HV1100-HV1400(HRC70-72). There are six kind of thickness can be adjusted.
4.2This machine use high speed embedded processor as the master control chip, and it can control each degree discharge current precisely and change degree fast and working quite stable. The design on large current circuit and signal control circuit are isolated, isolation degree reach to more than 2500V, which greatly increase the stability of machine working.
4.3 After hardening, micro-hardness can be obtained HV1100-1400(equivalent to HRC70. When use YGB hard alloy as electrode to strengthen mould steel material, the layer hardness is up to or over HV1200, equivalent to over HRC72. When the heat reached to 700-800, red hardness remains unchanged, so as to improve the surface wear resistance of the work pieces; extend the service life of corrosion resistance over 1-3 times.
4.4Intensifying process just doing under common temperature, spark discharge process finished instantaneously, so there is no deformation and cracks of the work pieces; and the intensified layer infiltrate into the base of work pieces, combined strong and no peel and fall off. The layer of strengthened surface is smooth, and usually no need do polishing again.
