Available with us is the Turmeric powder that is processed hygienically using Pure Turmeric Root (Rhizome). Turmeric roots are cleaned, ground and sterilized. The root has a tough brown skin and bright orange flesh. It is boiled/steamed and then dried, and ground. The odor and taste is very natural, distinctly earthy, slighter bitter, slightly hot peppery flavor with a mustardy smell. The Turmeric powder, provided by, us is the deep orange-yellow powder with its rich natural constituents uncontaminated.
