We Adapt Following Methodology in the Project Cycle :

• Technical Discussion for site, Drawing, assessment & Process requirement
• And site visit to understand the process flow, site drawing with future requirements
• Help customer with documentation and Statutory requirements (Gate pass, Transit Insurance.)
• Technical and commercial discussion with customer team
• Write down, tagging, marking all machines sub-assemblies with all safeties assessment for potential hazard energy control (LOTO) requirements
• Dismantling with proper tools and PPE as per drawing & marking
• Electrical & instrumentation disconnection from machine process battery limits
• Wrapping, packing as per standard packaging in wooden with regularity requirements for in country, export or as per customer requirement
• Transportation to the desired location with all prerequisites requirements
• Unloading, On-site insurance verification with Insurance team
• Shifting, Placing, Leveling, Assembly as per tag or drawing
• Interconnection of electrical and required utility from battery limit
• Start dry run, Trail production, and troubleshooting support
• Support till Final quality clear production with all documentation, e.g., MOM, service report, Drawing updating as per site changes
• Support after Project closer as per customer requirements
