The attached turntable mechanism of the desktop mini screen printer NSP-1A《Machine type: Screen Printer》has two sets of fixture, which are rotated alternately, and the use efficiency is very excellent. One set of fixture executes the work of printing; another set of fixture executes the work of loading material and unloading material. Turntable uses orientation bolt to control the position of fixture, using vacuum suction to control the fixing and separation of fixture, and the creation vacuum can absorb the component in the working area, ensuring that the orientation is accurate and the print quality is stable; input air to relieve suction in the area of loading material and unloading material, that will make the process of loading and unloading be fast. Computer according to different requirements could set the interval of rotational time of turntable.
