Quattro Turn CNC machine is rigid in construction having concrete filled column, heavy duty LM-Guides to minimise vibration and machine components using high cutting parameters. The machine is fitted with a programmable tail stock moving on the LM-Guides and actuated by a separate servo motor. This arrangement enables to machine shafts having high LD ratio without much difficulty.
