Tvs diodes are silicon avalanche devices typically chosen for their fast response time (low clamping voltage), lower capacitance and low leakage current. Ecube-tech tvs diodes are available in both uni-directional (uni-polar) or bi-directional (bi-polar) diode circuit configurations.
