Contact SupplierA Twin Cyclone Dust Collector consists of two cyclone units either working in parallel or in series. These cyclones use centrifugal force to separate dust particles from an air stream. When dust-laden air enters the cyclone, it spins in a vortex; the heavier dust particles are thrown outward by centrifugal force and fall into a collection hopper, while the cleaned air exits from the top. Working Principle Air Inlet: Dusty air enters each cyclone chamber tangentially. Cyclonic Action: The air rotates rapidly, forcing dust particles outward. Dust Separation: Heavier particles drop down into a hopper or bin due to gravity. Clean Air Outlet: The filtered air exits from the top of the cyclone. By using two cyclones, the system: Handles higher airflow volumes. Maintains better separation efficiency. Offers redundancy and balanced performance.
