We are offering twin helixes cleaning machine,
structure: electromotor, reducer, frame and motor base.
work principle: the machine is made of two parts, which are two sets of left & right moved cutter is fixed in the principal axis and four sets of fixed cutter which is fixed in the mainframe. The moved cutter is helix installed on the shaft and has angle, when principal shaft is working that two parts break and wash rubber lumps with their gap. Under push of shaft, broken rubber lumps are pushed to exit which is extruded by the endways� slot hole of main oblong rubber lumps.
twin helixes crushing & extruding washing machine is main processing equipment used for washing and breaking nature standard rubber lump in rubber production line. The fresh latex clots were crushed and kneaded to be some certain size & no-sundry rubber lumps by rubber pre-breaker machine and entered them to this machine to make washing and crushing processing so that get oblong rubber lumps in order to thin and expanse them easily.
